Student Registration Process



• The student or parent contacts the tutor/tutoring service via phone, email, or an online form.

• Basic details such as student’s name, grade, subjects required, and preferred tutoring schedule are collected.

• A short consultation is conducted to understand the student’s learning needs, academic goals, and challenges.

• We will conduct an assessment test to evaluate the student’s current level.

• Based on the assessment, a suitable tutor is assigned.

• We will provide your ward with 2 days of demo class. After that, you must pay the tutorial fees.

• The student or parent selects a tutoring package (monthly).

• The student or parent fills out a registration form with personal details, contact information, and subject preferences.

• Terms and conditions, including fees, payment method, cancellation policy, and rules, are discussed and agreed upon.

• We require a registration fee or advance payment.

• A fixed schedule is set for the tuition sessions (days, time slots).

• Payment for the selected package is made as per the agreed terms.

• Regular feedback is shared with parents and students to track progress.

• Adjustments to the schedule or teaching methods can be made based on student performance and feedback.
